1st Course:

Salmon Tar Tar

Paired with Cote Bonneville Rose'

 

2nd Course:

Artesian Greens salad with candied pecans, French rouge Bleu cheese, red onion, poached apple slices and topped with an apple vinaigrette dressing

Paired with the Cote Bonneville Chardonnay

 

3rd Course:

Butternut Bisque topped with goat cheese crème fresh and pancetta

Paired with Cote Bonneville Rose

 

4th Course:

Porto Filet

Paired with Cote Bonneville Syrah

 

5th Course:

Dark chocolate cherry mousse

Paired with Cote Bonneville Carriage House Red

 

JJ, with Cote Bonneville Winery, will be presenting their wines and his wealth of knowledge regarding wines & wine pairing.  Chef David will prepare his succulent creations before you, sharing French recipes & tips on preparation.  Our event will start at 5:00 with JJ pouring greeting wines and dinner starting shortly after and ending around 8:00.  This wonderful dinner with wine pairings included is $95/person plus tax & optional gratuity.  Space is limited as this will be a small intimate event.  Please RSVP Connie Jo @ (509)952-8412, or conniejo@truevine.net
