Wine Blending Workshop with AntoLin Cellars

Gourmet Dinner Show with

You will begin this unique experience with a wine blending workshop, featuring Tony Haralson of AntoLin Cellars. Learn about the nuances of wine blending, sample several different red wine varietals, & learn what differentiates them from one another. You’ll want to take careful notes because next you’ll blend & taste as you craft your very own wine blend. Once you’ve mastered the art, it’s time to bottle & cork!
Now you’ll create your own custom label & personalize it by naming your wine blend! Email a jpeg to conniejo@truevine.net of your favorite photo, your family, pets, nature photo, sunset, anything you like, or bring it on a “thumb drive“ the day of the event. Great for gift giving, for family & friends during holidays or any special occasion. For Realtors & other professionals with clients, personalize your bottles of wine blend with your business cards & for example give as house warming gifts. This keeps your contact information in their homes! Plan to make extra bottles for gifts. They make nice keepsakes & wine bottle candles.
Now that you’ve worked up an appetite, unwind with your classmates as you watch a dinner show featuring Chef Greg Handmacher from The French Carousel Restaurant, as he prepares his culinary creations while you watch. Each of the wonderful courses is paired with AntoLin Cellars wine.

The cost of this 5 course gourmet dinner show, each course paired with AntoLin Cellars wine, together with the wine blending workshop is $75 (plus tax & optional gratuity). At your option, you may custom blend your own bottle of wine with a personalized label for an additional $30 each (plus tax). Tony will also have several AntoLin Cellars wine available for purchase.
