SMALL GROUP PACKAGE

(up to 40 people)

$495 for four hours which includes 1/2 hour before, 3 hour event
& 1/2 hour after your event for clean-up and take down.

MEDIUM GROUP PACKAGE

(up to 60 people)

$695 for four hours which includes 1/2 hour before, 3 hour event
& 1/2 hour after your event for clean-up and take down.

LARGE GROUP PACKAGE

ALL-DAY RATE

$1495 for eight hours which includes 1/2 hour before, 7 hour event
& 1/2 hour after your event for clean-up and take down.

Additional time may be added to group packages for $95 per hour.

Ask about our weekday rates for corporate meetings & business lunches.  

We will customize our services to make your event special. 
Half down is required at time of booking with payment
in full required 3 weeks prior to your event.  

In addition a $200 damage/cleaning deposit is required
which is refundable provided there is no damage to furnishings
or equipment, or excessive cleaning required after your event.
