Classes are from 10:00am to 3:30 pm every day. Learn how to BBQ like a pro, low & slow cook, smoke meats, including the special rubs, sauces, & side dishes. Then just like previous classes, take a skate break, but w/a new twist, this summer learn to kick up your heels UFF-DA-Q style w/a little line dancing too, before going back for the afternoon baking class!! This year you will get an UFF-DA-Q Apron!! This year's three day class, including, everything listed above and your own UFF-DA-Q apron is $185 per three day session.
