Learn about the nuances of wine blending, sample 3-4 different red wine varietal's, and learn what differentiates them from one another. You'll want to take careful notes, because next, you will be blending & tasting as you craft your very own wine blend. Once you have mastered the art, it's time to bottle and cork!!
After bottling, you will create your own custom label & personlize it by naming your wine blend! Email us your favorite photo, like your family, sunset, flowers, nature photo, pets, business cards, anything special to you.
Plan to make extra bottles for gift giving! They make nice keepsakes & wine bottle candles!
You are greeted at the door with a taste of NHV wine & then
served light appetizers during the wine blending workshop.

Now that you have worked up an appetite, unwind with your class mates, as you watch a dinner show featuring Executive Chef Miguel Ochoa under Brad Masset of Five North, preparing a four course dinner paired with NHV wines. As Executive Chef Miguel Ochoa prepares this four course gourmet dinner, you are welcome to take notes. Chef Miguel will prepare his recipes right before your eyes, tantalizing all your senses.
